Cottonwood Island Nature Park

Seasonal flooding can affect some areas, but the natural beauty and calm riverside setting make it a must-visit spot for nature lovers and anyone looking to unwind.

Exploration Place Museum & Science Centre

CrossRoads Brewing & Distillery
Located in Prince George, BC, is a lively craft brewery and distillery that combines small-batch beer and spirits with a strong sense of community. Housed in a historic downtown garage, it features a welcoming taproom, a kitchen serving pizzas, paninis, soups, and more, as well as a patio with fire tables and even a seasonal outdoor curling rink. Founded with the mission to spotlight downtown Prince George, CrossRoads uses its location at the city’s geographic “crossroads” — where highways and rivers converge — as a metaphor for decision-making and community connection. 101.3 The River+1 Beyond offering craft beer and spirits, they engage with the community through street festivals, fundraisers, and limited-edition brews whose proceeds support local causes.
As of recent reports, the downtown location suffered a major fire in September 2025. Despite this setback, the owners have expressed a commitment to rebuild, and they’ve received significant community support.
